All entries are assessed independently by a panel of senior specialists across the luxury-asset sectors. To preserve integrity and avoid lobbying, judges' identities remain confidential until the ceremony. Partnership has no bearing on judging.
The process
Entries are checked for eligibility and completeness before assessment. Judges review the case and supporting evidence against the relevant criteria, then consider a shortlist and the award decision.
Conflicts of interest are declared and managed. A judge with a conflict does not assess the affected entry. Judges’ identities are confidential until the ceremony to preserve integrity and avoid lobbying.
Judges assess quality, evidence and outcomes. Neither the price of an asset nor the size of a firm determines merit. The Outstanding Contribution Award is selected by the judges and is not open for entry.
