Terms and entry conditions

The organiser

The Luxury Assets Awards is a trading name of SIFS School of International Financial Services Limited, incorporated in Jersey (no. 128123). Registered office: c/o BestwickRussell, Hawk House, 22 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE1 1BR.

Entry terms

Entry is free. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are welcome. Entrants must ensure the accuracy of their submission, have authority to submit on behalf of the nominee or organisation, and hold permission to provide all evidence and links.

By submitting an entry, you grant the organiser permission to publish details of shortlisted and winning entries in Awards materials and associated coverage. You must not submit confidential information without authority or material that infringes another person’s rights.

The eligibility period for work and creations is 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Entries open on 1 February 2027 and close on 30 June 2027. Category-specific eligibility applies, including the age limit of 35 or under for Rising Star. Outstanding Contribution is a judges’ award and is not open for entry.

Judging and independence

Entries are assessed independently. Judges assess quality, evidence and outcomes, never asset price or firm size. Judges’ identities remain confidential until the ceremony. Partnership has no bearing on judging.

The organiser may seek clarification or reject an entry that is inaccurate, ineligible, unauthorised or incomplete. An entry does not guarantee shortlisting or an award.

Event and changes

The planned ceremony is a black-tie awards dinner in Monaco in October 2027. The exact date and venue are to be announced. The organiser may change dates, venue, categories and judging panels. Material changes will be communicated on this website and, where relevant, directly to affected entrants or attendees.

Partnerships and attendance

Prices are indicative starting points, exclude VAT and are confirmed in writing in a partnership proposal. Partnership has no bearing on judging.

A table request or partnership enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Scope, payment and any cancellation terms must be agreed in writing before commitment.

No implied endorsement

The Awards do not imply endorsement by the Principality of Monaco, the Palace, the Monaco Yacht Show or any brand. A category or asset-sector reference does not indicate a commercial association.
